Hello, I was hoping some of you mums could help me with a few questions I have...
I am thinking about doing in-home care, but not with a company (such as Porse or Kidstart). I have been working with children since I was 13 years old, and am about to start my final year of my ECE diploma.
Would you, as a parent consider using a home based carer who is not linked to Porse or Kidstart? If not, why?
How much would you be prepared to pay per child, per hour?
And finally, would you use a home based carer for full time, or part time? (How many hours?)
